sarahpac Sarah Palin has started SarahPAC, her political action committee.  It’s good to see that Sarah Palin is out there doing and not just becoming a faded memory of elections past.  I really enjoyed her wit, conservative principles and direct style  in a lot of the same way I liked Fred Thompson’s.  I wonder if it is a coincidence that they now both have political action committees.  I wonder if I need to start WallyPAC to keep up with the Palins and Thompsons out on the web?  Naa, I guess the Whatcom GOP is enough political and action for me.

I like what SarahPAC is all about:

Dedicated to building America’s future, supporting fresh ideas and candidates who share our vision for reform and innovation.

SarahPAC believes America’s best days are ahead. Our country, founded on conservative principles and the fight for freedom, must confront the challenges of the 21st century with integrity, innovation, and determination.

I hope that she remains as active in the political world as Fred and Jeri Thompson and I also hope that we will see her run again for a national office.  If given the opportunity, I’d vote for her again.
