Swift to Hear, Slow to Speak

Let’s see,

  • Rush Limbaugh admittedly goes too far by insulting a young woman.
  • Nobody on the right defends his name calling and insults.
  • Everyone on the left, middle or right agrees his name calling and insults were wrong.
  • Rush agrees his name calling and insults were wrong and apologizes.

End of story?  No.

  • Many on the left call for him to be taken off the air.
  • Many on the left hurl insults of their own at Rush (bitch, prostitute, fat pig)

End of story? No.

  • Wally thinks that all of them should listen to the issue and not the insults.

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
(Jas 1:19-20)
